Intention:
This herbal salve is a body pleaser! If you are feeling depleted, sore, inflamed, disconnected from the body, overall lower vibrations this could be a supportive salve to have in your cabinet. I intentionally placed a mixture of these herbal allies in here that are supportive for the body, the skin, and even the spirit. My intention is for this salve to serve as a reminder to slow down and reconnect with the body. May these support you and hold you as your body restores 
 
Plant allies & ingredients: 
Homegrown organic Calendula oil, organic Arnica oil, organic St. John’s Wort oil, wildcrafted Mugwort oil, organic sunflower oil 
 
To embrace:
Always perform a skin test before using on the entire body. You can test by placing a small amount on your hand or arm to test for a reaction. Thereafter, apply by massaging it into your skin anywhere on your body where you may need to move stagnation, inflammation, swelling, pain, aching, skin repair/rejuvenation/scaring (just not open wounds), etc! This can be reapplied throughout the day if needed for unmoving pain but always listen to your body and how it is responding to the oil
